SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.CLIENT -> SERVER: QUIT
SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.Username and pw are correct, no doubt, have checked multiple times. Allow less secure apps is enabled for the account. I also confirmed the ‘suspicious activity’ as being me when Google threw a Security Alert. Have all the latest core, theme, and plugin updates. I’m running the latest version of PHPMailer. Sendmail is enabled and running on the server. Server is running all the latest packages, and PHP 7.3.
I’ve tried virtually every suggestion/solution I could find, and still keep getting this error when trying to send a test email. Any ideas where else to look?
