Password Changing

  • Hi
    I am currently trying to change my password. I have always happily used 4 random words but I am now being asked to use symbols and capitals which I don’t want to do. Is this a change in WordPress please? I do have WordFence and Securi installed. Do they have some sort of password control please? I can’t see any but you never know.
