Password Changed Email not received

  • Hi,
    The user receive the Password Reset Email and can change their password – There is no problem with it.

    My problem is the following:

    Although Password Changed Email setting is ON, the user receive no confirmation email after he change their password.

    The user has two ways to change their password: Via -Password reset page- and -Account page/Change Password-.
    Whatever the way, the result is the same.

    To be sure the problem is not coming from other installed plugins, I have tested on a fresh install (WordPress 4.7 Fr) and Ultimate Member (1.3.78) is the only installed plugin (with the default settings).

    Do other people have this problem with this setting?
    What is the solution to this problem?

    Hi @moucate,

    Can you please check if ‘Use HTML for E-mails?’ is turned on in UM > Settings > Emails?

    Thank you for your answer.

    1. Website
    I want to use HTML E-mails, so yes “Use HTML for E-mails?” is turned ON on my website.

    2. Test-website
    On my test-website (fresh installation with only one plugin: UM) I have not changed the default settings.

    The problem appears on my website and on my test-website.
