Password change when a specific role logs in for the first time

    I want to force a password change when a specific role logs in for the first time.
    (1) The administrator sets an initial password for a specific role (contributor) when registering the user.
    (2) The user logs in from the UM login screen with the initial password.
    (3) When the user logs in for the first time, the user is forced to change their password.
    Is it possible to force a password change when a specific role (contributor) logs in for the first time using a plugin or setting like the above?
