• I have “Disable email to admin when user changed their password” checked, but I’m still getting these notifications. What can I do to make them stop?

    It’s a site using WooCommerce Subscriptions. Other than that, no custom login that I’m aware of.

    Aha! The WooCommerce, the login/resetting password is handled by Woo on the frontend, right?

    I’m not totally sure what you mean. In WooCommerce, there is an option for the message that is sent to the customer for resetting the password, but I don’t see anything about the message that is sent to the admin notifying that they did.
