    Hello,

    I am using the plugin “ultimate member” for my website and I am happy with it.
    However, I am facing an issue with the email confirmation when my customers are changing their passwords.
    Indeed, they don’t receive any email that tells to them the process is done corectly.
    It is not a big problem as the rest is working properly but I would like to know if there is any reason for this or if anyone has an idea about how to solve it.

    Hi @david050

    Could you please try changing the Admin Email address in WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings > Email? See if this resolves the issue.

    Hi,
    I think I was confused with the process.
    Customers receive an email confirmation when they request a password change from their account.
    The matter was when they forget their password, they only receive an email for reseting password but not to confirm when the process is done.
    But I think it not necessary to advertise someone in this situation so no worries.
    It is all good.
