    I have been successful in using the import, however, the password gets encrypted on import and then doesn’t work. For instance, If I want to set a default password to a zip code, if I create a user called “Smith” and set the password to “64116” then the password doesn’t work. When I look in the DB, it appears encrypted, but possibly with the incorrect encryption. Any suggestions?

    Update – I’ve got it backwards. The password imported exactly as input in the CSV – so in the database, you see 64116. However, all other user passwords (that work) are encrypted. The import did NOT encrypt the imported password, and therefore does not work on the site.

    @txag,

    If you use “Password” you won’t have problems.

    Maybe you are using user_pass instead “Password”.

    We have to improve the documentation.

    That worked perfect! Thanks for the tip. I was using “user_pass” as you suggested.
