Password and username do not match while login in Ultimate Member

Could you please tell us what version of UM you’re using?

Also, have you tried deactivating all plugins except UM? Let’s see if there’s a plugin conflict issue here.

I’m using latest version 2.2.5.
Yes I tried deactivating all plugin. I don’t think so that there is conflict issue. Here is some other problem.

Did you make any changes to the UM Login form? Like changing the fields in the Form Builder?

You are using the “Autoptimize” cache plugin.

Please disable caching for pages: Login, Register, Password Reset, Account and User. The way to add exceptions depends on the caching plugin or tool you use.

Autoptimize is not a cache plugin, it does not do page caching but basically “just” optimizes JS & CSS & images & google fonts.

For testing of the UM login issue can you turn off this “Autoptimize” cache plugin for the login page?

Clear also your browser cache.

Once I deactivated all plugin, only UM was in process, At that time also I was getting this error.

Change your theme to “Twenty Twenty” or “Twenty Twenty-one” and make the login test.

How can I change the theme, my hole site depend on that theme.

What theme are you using?

Do you have a child-theme with customizations in the functions.php file?

WP supports switching themes and during the time another theme is active you will not have the customizations active.

We need to know if your issues with registrations and login are caused by your current theme or any of your customizations.

We couldn’t reproduce the issue on our end.
Could you please confirm that this issue still occurs when testing it with a default WP theme such as 2020 or 2021?

I tried 2020 theme but sill getting same problem.
I have a Pro theme, also I ask to theme support they told me that is plugin issue.
