Password and login confussion

  • I have 2 (maybe three) wordpress accounts. One is a free .com account and the other is subscription .org based account.

    Its been a year since I have needed to amend the subscriber account and I cant recall the password or the email address. I do know the user name but when I request a new password link using my known username I don’t receive an email. I have tried using my email addresses but they just seem to reset the other account. What can I do, I don’t know why I am not receiving the emails.

    Is there anyway to see all of the accounts I hold ?

  • Hi Jacqui, I took a look and both of those sites are actually hosted by WordPress.com. This forum is only for self-hosted sites that you host on your own server, so you’ll need head over to the WordPress.com forums to get help with your issue:
