Password

I have requested SEVERAL times for my password.
I have not changed my username or password.
When I hit “reset password” it asks for my username (AND NOT AN EMAIL LIKE MOST PROGRAMS DO!) and says my username is not valid.

I sure in the heck did NOT change my username or password. Why wouldn’t you have a reset option for the email address?

I have sent emails to YARRP and have not heard a word back. I do NOT like to make my issues public, however, since I have tried to contact YARRP several times, I have not heard anything. Considering I am advertising for you all, it’s disrespectful.
