Passthrough Value

Is there a way to pass through a value in the url to prefill fields in the form? For example, I’d like to create a link with parameters, something like: Form. When the user clicks the link, “John Smith” should be pre-filled in the form on the next page.

This would be similar to how Email works.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.
