Passing values into Jazzy Form

    If this topic already exists, please provide the link.

    I would like to pass values into a Jazzy Form via hyperlink. For example, the hyperlink “www.whatever.com/form?name=steve” would preload the field “name” of my Jazzy Form with the value “steve”.

    Does Jazzy Forms support this?
