Passing submission timestamp as a hidden field value

  • Hi,
    Just started volunteering for an awesome organization, helping with their site. I have some experience with WP but I have spent most of my time in other CMSs and marketing automation platforms.
    Anyway, the form found at the link above has this field that requires customers to select the current date. I just want to pass the current server time stamp, adjusted for Arizona time (if necessary), as a hidden value but I am not sure how to do so in WP.
