Passing parameter from one page to another page

I have tired to pass a parameter from page A to page B by Ajax through the POST method from this example: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/370359/passing-parameters-to-a-jquery-function

Then, I realized that WordPress filter all the parameters that try to pass on. So, is there any way I can perform this task in wordpress?
