Passing Form Data from one form to another

    Hey all, I am trying to create a short form on my site with two text fields that will pass the data to another website upon submission. For example if I want to put a check-in and check-out text field on my site, when the user submits I would like to have it pass to https://hamptoninn3.hilton.com/en/index.html and automatically fill those values in on their check-in and check out box. Can someone please help guide me through this, this is the first time trying to pass values from one field to another on a separate site.
