Passing checkbox value to another form

I need to pass a checkbox values from a short form sitting here: https://2f0.e2b.myftpupload.com/home2 to the long form in this page: https://2f0.e2b.myftpupload.com/find-your-diamond/ so to prepopulate the first section by what was chosen in the short form here: https://2f0.e2b.myftpupload.com/home2/

Is this possible?
