Pass value from a form to another one

  • Hi, I have a small Cf7 form with name and email field, when the user submit the form I need to pass tge value of the name and email to another form in the same domain. How i could do?

    Need to pass value from one form to another and it should remain editable. I tried to use multi-form extension but its not quite what im looking for. This seems like it should do the job but instructions are slightly confusing.

    Awaiting Assistance.
