Pass in a "sign up source" variable

  • We have a few different methods that we use to attempt to collect email addresses and we like to pass in a hidden mailchimp field we created called “signupsrc” (sign up source) so we know which signup locations/methods are working best. (So we set signupsrc to be “sidebar”, “popupoverlay” etc.)

    Is there a way we could pass in one custom variable of our choosing? I poked around in the code to try and find an obvious line of code to add or alter but didn’t have much luck.

    Apologies for not getting back to you sooner ??

    I’m quite tight on time as the moment, but i’ve had a quick look into implementing this and i think something we can add.
