Pass back Lead Id – URL Parameters

    We are using Brilliant Web-to-Lead. Once the form is filled out on the site the Lead is automatically created in SFDC. We need to pass back the Lead Id to our “thank you” page so another dynamic form can utilize the Lead information.

    So… Lead visits site, fills out form, form creates Lead in SF. How do we pass back the Lead Id the form just created to our /thanks “thank you” page?

    It would be really great if Salesforce passed back the lead ID in the response, wouldn’t it?

    Unfortunately, they don’t.

    You’d need to use the REST API vs. Web to Lead API to get that.
