    Bonjour,

    L’application Burst semble fonctionner correctement sur mon site, il n’y a pas de messages d’erreur, mais les statistiques restent Ă  0 en permanence… Je sais cependant qu’il y a un peu de trafic sur mon site donc peut ĂŞtre y a-t-il quelque chose Ă  faire de mon c?tĂ© pour que cela fonctionne bien ?

    Hi @alex64110,

    When I look at your site, I see that the REST API request by Burst is blocked by your server. Can you check if you have a security plugin or REST API blocking plugin active?

    If so, please try deactivating them to see if that resolves the issue. You can probably adjust this in the settings as well.

    If this doesn’t help, it is possibly your hosting company is blocking the request. You can check with them to see if that is the case.
