Parts of users admin screen is unresponsive

I have a user on a WordPress site who has admin status: ?When he clicks around his post screen to things such as “screen options”, “editing publish date/time” or the anchor to “most common meta tags”, all areas are unresponsive. ?Nothing works when clicked on. ?This is only on his account. ?When I try to log ?from my computer under a different IP, I get the same problems with his account as he does. ?I or any of his co-workers do not seem to have this issue with their user accounts. ? The strange thing is it will come and go for both of us. ?Sometimes it works…sometimes not. ? We have created a new account for him but eventually the same thing happens. It doesn’t appear to be going on with anyone else though. Any ideas Please. Extreme I know but I created a video below to make it clear exactly what is going on.
