Parts of my site are not working together

    Hello. I think the image at https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6rN2QxePOFkUTBpamtOWXFBY00/edit?usp=sharing will be more useful than my site’s address – because I’m going to start experimenting again. I am currently using the Path theme. Right now my site uses the Simple Subscribe and Post As Guest plugins. When I approve contributions, these contributions are not automatically placed below the contribution form, and subscribers are not automatically notified of new contributions. What theme or plugins do I need to make these things happen?
