• Greetings,

    Awesome plugin that does exactly what we need for building a fan club database. Everything is just about perfect, however, “Signup Notification Emails” seem to be going out multiple times on some participants. One person who signed up claimed they have received 4 separate notifications over a 2 day period. I have signed up myself, but have only receieved one. Suggestions?

    The way it works currently, the sending of an email notification is locked out for two minutes after it is sent. This is to prevent an email being resent of someone hits the back button on the thanks page. If, after more than two minutes, someone does go back to the thanks page with the ID number still in the URL, another email will be sent.

    I’ve got a better solution to this in the next update.

    Hi Xnau.. remember we had fixed an issue with repeated emails that were empty sent from a blank page… we changed the ID to pdbid= in the participants-database.php file… the fix worked for that problem but now I have the same problem as member above… seems my client gets many emails for the exact same signup… not just one or 2…

    Can you give us an estimate on when next version will be ready?
