    Hello,

    We recently ran a fundraising competition but found that several people did not receive an email notification on completion of the entry form.

    Also, there was a share of people who were charged on their card but no form can be found for the same person.

    Is there any help that can be given here or information?

    Sorry to hear you are having this problem.

    We would need to find why this is happening.

    Could you please configure on your Form > Behaviour > Rendering, the Load form using AJAX?

    And check if the issue is gone?

    Are you using PayPal or Stripe payment?
