    Hello, we have some events going on for almost a year and within this period we have already had a lot of participants, and even the events are close to happening.

    We had more than 3000 participants in the system and today we have just over 30. It just disappeared from the system for no reason. What happened? We need an urgent solution.

    We use eventi free (3.3.32) and pro(3.3.28)

    Hi,

    We are sincerely sorry that this happened to you. This is not supposed to happen. Because we have already fixed it on 3.3.30 and 3.3.27. Would you please take a previous backup from your host provider or if you have any previous daily backup using All in one migration or duplicator then please install that and get the attendee data. And remember before taking or installing your previous backup just take a backup of your current 30 peoples data. We are again sorry to you for that. 

    So please do what we have suggested to you. If you have any further queries then feel free to check our forum’s first reply and reach us more. We will try our best to provide more help to you.

    Note: Would you please confirm to us that, have you updated the plugin recently? I mean after update the plugin you have faced it?

    So it was badly resolved.

    Before, it had 30 participants and it decreased again to 14. What’s going on? We can’t have this kind of problem because we have a big list of participants.

    We haven’t restored the server backup yet, what if we don’t have that backup? Can you imagine the size of the problem that would generate?

    Please I need an urgent solution to this huge problem that is happening.

    The site here has version 3.3.32 (free) and 3.3.28 (pro), so it wasn’t supposed to have this problem from what he told me, but he still has the problem.

    Hi, it is still not solved at all, I have lost my assistants and I don’t know what to do to recover them, they still don’t release the other version and only say they are solving it, but they don’t know how much money we are losing because of this, they also don’t send an old version of the plugin to be able to recover the data….

    Has this been fixed? I am having the same problem and nothing is working to get my data back. What should I do?

    Hi,
    Sorry for the inconvenience. We have released a new version of the plugin with a fix. Kindly update the Eventin plugin. You may restore a previous backup if needed. We are working on a process of regenerating the missing ones, but it might take a bit of time to give the update.
