participants database setup

  • I am trying to install participant database. But it doesn’t start properly, I get the following error:
    The configured upload folder “/home/sdrplay/domains/***.nl/public_html/wp-content/uploads/participants-database/” for the participant database is not writable. This means that plugin file uploads fail, check the “File Upload Location” participant database for the correct path.

    Am I supposed to create that folder myself? At least I don’t see it with FileZilla

    Created the folder and set the permissions to 0777. Still I keep getting the same message.

    I suggest you start by reading the help section for this setting, it should help you get that working:

    File Upload Location

    Let us know if you can’t get it to accept the location as writable.
