    Well we already did that. And as I wrote the admin notification mail is sent but the participants notification is not sent. We checked that with several mail accounts to make sure it′s not just the spam filter.

    Do you you have the correct field designated in the “Primary Email Address Field” setting?

    If that is set up, you’ll then need to take a look at your PHP error log to see if some fault occurred.

    I was having a similar problem, except the Thank You notice would not appear after a user signed up. I would not get the confirmation email and the user would not either.

    I am using W3 Cache. I placed the Sign Up page on the “never cache the following pages” and it started working normally again. Hopefully that helps.

    Hmmm…to which email field is the plugin trying to send the “Signup Response Email”? And where do I find the “Primary Email Address Field”?

    Curently I have a field called e_mail is the participants email address field.

    That field name would be what’s preventing it from working. Look on the settings page under the “advanced” tab.
