    thanks for the message.

    Sorry but I can not help in this instance. I don’t have access to premium themes for testing and troubleshooting om.

    If you have an issue with a free theme then I can try find locate the problem.

    My suggestion is that you switch to a default theme such as 2012 and test the plugin in. If it works then you need to contact the headway theme developers for support.
