Partially refunded orders still show full amount in backend in customer emails

When i refunded and item because it cannot be delivered anymore the total amount still shows up in the order overview.
Also the email the customer receives after it is set to completed still shows all products with the full amount.
This is very confusing for the customer because they think they still get the products and then complain when they dont receive it.
Also when using your sequential order number plugin the order number is not correct.
