    When i refunded and item because it cannot be delivered anymore the total amount still shows up in the order overview.

    Also the email the customer receives after it is set to completed still shows all products with the full amount.

    This is very confusing for the customer because they think they still get the products and then complain when they dont receive it.

    Also when using your sequential order number plugin the order number is not correct.

    Is there any way to exclude it from the emails they get?

    sideoats this thread is 8 months old. Refunds have been changed since them. Make your own thread plz.

    Hey Mike, it’s still not working for us and this thread is still open. We are using the latest and greatest version of Woo from August. I contacted them and they said it’s “as designed”. I don’t think that should be the case so I’m looking to see if anyone has it fixed.
