    Hi,

I have installed, activated, and performed WebP conversion for all the images. My problem is, some of the images are serving as WebP and Most of the images are still serving as jpg/png.

I have enabled “JS WebP Rewriting”, “<picture> WebP Rewriting”, Both options and Checked “Force WebP” option. But I’m still getting the same result.

As an example, the logo is available in WebP format. Some of the archive pages thumbnails are serving as WebP. But single product pages images are serving as jpg (or png).

My host is Cloudways. Maybe the Cloudways stack needs an additional config to work properly with EWWWW.

Can you please check and advise?
    Thank you!

    Hi Thilina,
Many of those images are being loaded through some sort of JSON/JavaScript method that makes it impossible to use JS/picture WebP rewriting.
Since you’re using Cloudways and Cloudflare, there are a couple options. The first would be to use Cloudflare’s built-in WebP option, which requires a Pro plan. The other would be to use our Easy IO CDN, though I’m not 100% sure it will work with that JSON-encoded content–it should, but with something like that we won’t know until we try it. Easy IO does work fine with Cloudflare and Cloudways, so there shouldn’t be any issues from that end.
