We’ve configured our SMTP server on AWS-SES.
WordPress and the plugin are running the latest versions.

Our emails are being sent, but only partially. Our subscriber list is over 800 addresses and only between 250-310 emails get sent.

There are no errors in our SMTP logs. Are there logs on the WordPress side we can check, or do you have other recommendations?

    Thank you.

Hello – we see that another plugin, which we cannot delete, has incorporated code some of the wp_mail code from wp-includes/pluggable.php. Could this be interfering with your plugin?

If the email send is failed – WP Mail SMTP plugin will track that and display it to you in site admin area. If you don’t see any errors – that means all is good and emails are successfully sent to Amazon SES. We don’t know how SES is proceeding them and can’t guarantee the delivery.

That other plugin might be the problem, but also might be not. I can’t say, but I suspect it’s not. Make sure that your email list is healthy. Also, SES might be sending emails in batch, and you need to wait before other 500 emails are delivered, I don’t know.
