• When I issue a partial refund for an order that was paid with this plugin (credit card, PayPal, Venmo), the refund is subtracted twice from the order total in the admin (and on the invoice and emails). However, the correct refund is issued back to the buyer via PayPal. We also use Amazon Pay and it does not do this, so that’s why I think it’s this plugin and not a general WooCommerce issue.

    so the refund is done in the correct way/amounts, but in the admin page and the communication to the customer, it looks like it was done double? (so it is a graphical issue, not a functional one).

    If this is correct, we need to get more details on what is happening in the background and would need your system report and plugin logs to have a closer look. You can copy the logfiles from here:
    – WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support
    – WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments-integration-\[…\]” in the dropdown and click on view.

    Yes, the actual refund issued back to the customer is correct but in the admin page, communication to customer, and printed invoice it’s done double. This is not just a graphical issue because it’s also subtracted twice from reports, which we use for tax filing.

    I submitted a ticket with an example and the info you requested above.
