Partial refund of order

    I am testing and trying this plugin in the Affiliates WooCommerce Light version and to evolve I wanted to know if the Pro Version
    allows manual payments (bank transfers) and the most important for me is to know if an order is partially refunded the affiliate commission is adjusted?

    It’s not a support request, it’s a question.

    I want to buy this plugin, but an important part for my activity is that in the orders that there is partial refund the commission is corrected.

    As I can not ask this question to support, because I have to log in, but as I am not yet a customer, I do not know where to ask this question.

    @alfan9ve Thanks for asking, to me this seems to be an appropriate question for the plugin here.

    Assuming that we stay within the capabilities of the “plain” Affiliates plugin and its Affiliates WooCommerce Light integration:

    – when an order is refunded totally, set the corresponding referral as rejected
    – when an order is refunded partially, adjust the referral amount accordingly and set it as accepted

    If you were to use one of the premium versions, they would set the referral status as rejected automatically, but they would not adjust the referral amount.
