yes but i your test you have only one line.

what is strange is that 7840 and n°37839 does not display in order search

Correct. During my tests, the refund behavior is as expected.

While testing further, I went ahead with refunding another $40. Below, I am attaching a screenshot, for reference:

I hope this helps! To reiterate, as a next step, I’d strongly recommend going ahead with?a?conflict test, as detailed here.

We await your response to better assist you.

    Hi,

When i have made these partials refunds, in Woocomerce the whole order is refunded as i mentionned, but in stripe dashboard the partial refund is done correctly.

if i refund direcly from Stripe , it is ok , but the information is not sent to woocommerce.

    thanks

    Hey, @pipoulito!

Thank you for the extra information. Were you able to go ahead with the conflict test as we asked so we can check if there’s issues with external plugins or the theme?

Please let us know about your findings.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hey, @pipoulito!

Thanks for the video and screenshots. I tried refunding exactly as you show in the video, but as my colleague already mentioned, I was also not able to replicate the behavior on my website.

I see you added a $20 product and refunded $10, by choosing the item quantity and also putting the refund value.

As I mentioned, even following these steps, I was not able to replicate the issue. But just to we can make sure we are covering all bases, can you try refunding a product by just adding the amount you want to refund, without adding the product quantity?

    Leaving it like this:

Please let us know about your findings.

    Hi

Could it be a relation with the new HPOS ? Because i think the problem happend since i have enabled it . https://snipboard.io/kMiZpn.jpg

I have also asked to this plugin support because this is the only possible conflict source i see…

    https://codecanyon.net/item/sumo-woocommerce-payment-plans-deposits-down-payments-installments-variable-payments-etc/

    ?? hey @pipoulito

Kindly note, WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway is compatible with HPOS since version 6.9.0, released on October 19, 2022. Changelog linked here, for reference.

I have also asked to this plugin support because this is the only possible conflict source i see…

Good thinking. As communicated earlier on, a conflict test is recommended, in order to actually find the culprit of the issue.

I hope this helps! Let us know how it goes.

    Hello,

As the issue persist when i use manual refund, does it mean that the conflist is not with Stripe PLugin but with Woocommerce instead ? thanks

    ?? hey @pipoulito

As the issue persist when i use manual refund, does it mean that the conflist is not with Stripe PLugin but with Woocommerce instead ?

To clarify, if the issue is for an order with a product created with this plugin, the issue is more likely because of a conflict with that plugin, instead.

WooCommerce and WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway are confirmed to work well together, and fully support one another’s features.

Therefore, the culprit of the issue needs to be discovered, by performing?a conflict test.

Another way to approach this, would be by creating a simple product, and checking out with Stripe, without any other products in that order. What happens when you test with this?

I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know.

    We’re happy to help.

    Hello

To clarify, the issue do happen when i use a simple product and i do a manual refund. That is why i think at this level Stripe is not involved. But Woocommerce support thread sent me on your page.

    ?? welcome back @pipoulito

the issue do happen when i use a simple product and i do a manual refund. That is why i think at this level Stripe is not involved.

Could you please provide us with a screenshot of the Edit Order screen, along with the Order Notes section of that test order containing the simple product only, as exemplified here, so that we can see what you are describing?

If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, here are a few free options:

    https://snipboard.io
    https://skitch.com/
    https://getcloudapp.com/
    https://awesomescreenshot.com/

There is also a walkthrough guide here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/

Additionally, could you please verify if you already had a chance to perform a?conflict test, as detailed here, and see if the issue persists, or otherwise?

But Woocommerce support thread sent me on your page.

From what I gather, you are referring to this thread. As the issue appears to be related with a payment gateway other than the default payment options that are available with the core WooCommerce plugin, we are troubleshooting any potential relevance with the Stripe plugin in this thread.

I trust this clarifies things further, but if you have more questions, let us know.

    We’re happy to help.

    Hi,

This is the screenshot , with 2 simple products in the order, is it ok ?

    https://snipboard.io/IXcByG.jpg

I only use Stripe as payment gateway, but on edit orders window, there 2 refund buttons : Manuel Refund / Refund with Stripe. What i told you is that issue is the same with both buttons

    thanks

    Hey, @pipoulito!

Thanks for the screenshot and clarification.

As my colleague mentioned, could you please verify if you already had a chance to perform a conflict test, as detailed here, and see if the issue persists, or otherwise?

This is very important for the troubleshooting and investigation, as we are not able to replicate this issue on our end.

Please perform the conflict test and let us know about your findings.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!
