    We are looking for a plugin that fits our vacation service model, specifically tailored for singles in four age categories. Our requirements and preferred features are outlined below:

    Essential Features:

    1. Vacation Selection: Clients will select a fixed vacation date
    2. Deposit Payment: Clients must make a fixed deposit payment in euros upon booking.
    3. Balance Payment Reminder: An automatic email reminder for the balance payment should be triggered two months before the vacation start date.

    Desirable Feature:

    • Deposit Exemption Post Reminder: It would be beneficial if the plugin can waive deposit requirements after the two-month reminder period expires.

    Could you confirm if your plugin meets these criteria? Please also specify any customization options available.

    Hi,

    Vacation Selection:?This is not this plugin purposes, but you can use another plugin or custom code to add a vacation field.
    Deposit Payment:?Yes, Fixed deposit is possible upon booking , actually placing orders
    Balance Payment Reminder:?We have few payment reminder modes that available in the pro version. https://www.codeixer.com/docs/how-to-set-up-deposit-payment-reminders-for-customers/ you can select a specific date for sending reminder email.
    Deposit Exemption Post Reminder:?Deposit payments are visible in the backend, so an admin can easily take action

      Think I have to refrase my question:

      We sell vacations/trips wirth a fixed date, eg: February 1 to February 8, 2025

      A client can buy/book this trip and needs to pay a fixed amount: eg: 300 euros in advance

      2 monts before departure they need to receive a reminder that the balance is due and needs to be paid

      Should work for both, guest checkouts and registered clients.

      Hope this makes sense

      • The vacation will begin on February 1, 2025.
      • Using our plugin, clients can book the trip by making a 300 euro advance payment.
      • In the Deposit settings, you can specify a payment reminder date of December 1, 2024 (2 months before). On this date, all customers will receive an email reminding them to make their deposit payment.
      • If the customers make the payment, the order status will change from ‘Deposit payments’ to ‘Completed’.
      • If they do not pay, the status will remain as “Deposit payments”, and you can manage the unpaid orders from the backend.

        Please note: the specific date for the reminder email is available in the pro version

      – For now, only date per order is supported in the RC version.
