Partial payments

  • Hi,
    We are using partial payments using Disable payment method / COD fees for Order for WooCommerce plugin. It is working fine. After partial payments are done, there is no options to pay the remaining amount . Is there any options to pay the remaining amount ?.

    Hi,

    When user make a order with partial payment option on the order completion page he is shown a option to make the payment for the remaining balance, apart from this the email that customer receive after placing a partial payment option also contain a link using which user can make remaining payment

    But we didn’t receive the email as you mentioned above. We received hotel booking email, which has not contain the remaining payment option. Also after activating the Disable payment method / COD fees for Order for WooCommerce plugin, we couldn’t see the partial payment option in woocommerce too. So my question is how can we enable this email.

    Plugin auto adds this detail in the Woocommerce default email if you are using some plugin to modify the email of the woocommerce that may be causing the issue

    make sure you email template has the hook woocommerce_email_order_meta as the plugin adds the detail in this hook
