Partial name match restriction doesn’t work

the plugin works well 100%:

I run a very popular site (32k Alexa) and have about a hundred partial match restrictions (currently handled by another plugin). Please use at least 10 in your test. It doesn’t work for me, for sure. Are you using the latest WordPress version to test this?

I can’t do this, however I had changed my review score from 1 to 3, which more accurately reflects the fact that other functions of your plugin do work for me. If partial match restriction will work for me in future plugin versions, I will further adjust my rating.
