I might be missing something, but so far as I can tell, an employee can “check in” a QR code, but it’s all or nothing. Unless I missed it during my testing, there doesn’t seem to be a way to partially check-in a purchased ticket.

For example, if a customer orders 3x SKU 1000, 2x SKU 1202 and I scan the QR code, but they’re only receiving 1x SKU 1000 and 1x SKU 1202, there should be a remainder of 2x SKU 1000 and 1x SKU 1202 left on their ‘balance’ of the order.

Would that be a feature request that could be looked into? Scanning the QR code, selecting which items are being ‘checked in’ and then keeping the QR code active until the entire “order” is processed? *(and also, add the password/security check-in prompt as well – see my previous post).

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi @hiltonmw,

Sorry for the delayed reply. For some reason I didn’t get notified about this comment.

To answer your question: No, partial check in are not an option at this point. I usually add features that many people would like to see.

If anyone else would like this feature, please leave a comment below.

    Thanks,
    Scott

    Hi @scottpaterson,

I would be interested in this feature as well. Also is there anyway to customize what is displayed on the webpage after you scanned the QR code? I’d like to see the purchaser’s email and the order ID there.

    Thank you for considering!

    Hi @oakva,

    Thanks for the feedback.

Currently there is not a away to customize the page shown after scanning.

    Thanks,
    Scott
