Partial Access (no upload, no normal publishing)

  • Hi,

    I have partial access on my website https://www.florenceinferno.com.

    I can publish post under just using the QuickPress, but I am not able to choose category, tags and to upload pictures.

    With the ‘normal’ publish I have just the button ‘Submit for review’, but of course it doesn’t work.

    I am administrator and I tried also with another administrator access.

  • Have you tried deactivating ALL plugins and switching to the twentytwelve theme as first troubleshooting steps?

    I have just deactivated ALL plugins and switched to 2012 theme.

    I have the same problem, since yesterday.

    Please help me as soon as possible.

    These are the next steps to try:

    resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin.

    Re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.
