Hi. I really want to use Jetpack Boost because it speeds up my site and is very popular. But when I enable it, part of my home page doesn’t display at all. https://skrinshoter.ru/sOyULdZO6dm?a

How can I fix this? What other information do you need from me? I don’t want to share my client’s site link here, so let me know how we can resolve this privately through email or something else.

    Hi @vladkazandzhy,

It sounds like there might be a clash between one of Jetpack Boost’s optimization features and your site’s configuration. As you’re aware, Jetpack Boost is equipped with a range of tools designed to enhance site speed, including the JS and CSS Concatenation options. Occasionally, these features can interact in unexpected ways with certain site elements or page builders.

Here’s what I suggest for troubleshooting this issue: initially, disable all Jetpack Boost optimizations. If the problem resolves, then gradually re-enable each feature, carefully observing your site’s behavior after each activation. This step-by-step approach will help you pinpoint exactly which optimization is in conflict with your site’s specific setup.

By identifying the specific feature causing the issue, you can adjust the settings accordingly, ensuring you maintain your site’s performance enhancements without sacrificing functionality.

Let us know if this helps.

    Hi?@vladkazandzhy,

Do you have updates about that? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
