Part of head script gets stripped

    Hi,
    I’ve gone back to using this plugin after some issues with an alternate one. However, I have a couple of questions regarding the issues that stopped me from using this plugin in the first place:

    1) If I put my google Adsense script for auto ads into the head section, the id code gets totally stripped out of the script. I’ve tested this on another site and the same things happened.

    2)Page reload: is there ever going to be a way to put GTM scripts into the plugin and then have them load on page when someone accepts the cookies so that it doesn’t require a page reload and organic traffic still gets counted as organic rather than direct?

    Hi Cheryl, I’m having the same trouble (code for google adsense auto ads being stripped of data-ad-client=”ca-pub-xxxxxxxxxxxx”).

    Did you find a solution for this yet and if so, would you care to share?

    Nope, I’m checking back. It’s still an issue; the data-ad-client ID continues to be stripped if I add it in the plugin. If and when I find a solution, I’ll post it here. In the meantime, I’m experimenting with another plugin.
