    We are experiencing the issue that other people seems to have problems with “Parsing failed. Reason: Skipping new item” We have gone through the settings and can confirm that the “If the product exists in the store” setting has been set to “Update” and it still doesnt work, Im including a screen shot of that setting and also a screenshot of the error log. Really stuck with this one

    Yes no problem here you go let me know if this works for you. Please note that the import was working fine up until about 2 weeks ago and hasnt been able to import since. Heres a csv file that it cannot import.

    Hi @mstillwagon,

    When a ticket is created, you should see the ticket number displayed on the screen, and you will also receive an email confirmation with the ticket number included. Could you please share the ticket number with us so we can look into it on our end?

    I never got a confirmation email on the form submission by the way, and I checked junk mail
