Parsing failed. Reason: Skipping new item

We are experiencing the issue that other people seems to have problems with “Parsing failed. Reason: Skipping new item” We have gone through the settings and can confirm that the “If the product exists in the store” setting has been set to “Update” and it still doesnt work, Im including a screen shot of that setting and also a screenshot of the error log. Really stuck with this one
