Parsing error, a ‘ is missing

Hi,
Google search console alerted me to this.

This is the error that I get in Google Search Console:

a ” ‘ ” is missing (without quotation marks, a ‘ ).

This started to show up on every page, here is another example, ever since the last update, a ‘ is missing randomly in the middle of the FAQ block.

Here is some additional info from the top of my head:
-using WordPress
-using Windows 11
-all plugins, WordPress, and theme are up to date
-using DIVI theme?
-used to work a good month or os ago, now it is broken EVERYWHERE, on everí page
-using around 20 other plugins btu they have never caused any compatibility issues so far
-using NGINx server (APACHE and NGINX hybrid, but I’1’m using this for 3 years now, never caused any issues
