    Hi

    My website produces a parserror when trying to send with Elementor contact form. After contacting Elementor Support they found that the error is produced by Rank Math SEO. After contacting Rank Math they found that the error is caused by Post SMTP.

    When i deativate Post SMTP the form is functioning correct. When Post SMTP is activated the form gives a “parserror” message when i push the “send” button.

    Hi @andersheli

    Hope you are doing good.

    Please share the DIAGNOSTIC LOG Report.

    Also, share the error screenshot and if possible share the use case so I can reproduce this issue on my staging site.

    Thanks

    Hi and thanks

    Here is the image: https://ibb.co/wcD6BPP
    The image is from after hitting “send” in the contact form. The mail is sent and recived, but instead of redirecting to the “thank you page” i get the “x parserror”.

    Is this the DIAGNOSTIC LOG Report you are looking for?

    @andersheli

    We are unable to reproduce the mentioned issue on our staging site. It seems like the theme or some other plugin is conflicting with the Our plugin Can you change the theme to WordPress default 2022 or deactivate the plugins one by one and check if the issue still persists or not.

    Thanks
