[Plugin: Parse post and add external link favicon

I have a task to make plugin.
Pugin that parses the postos and check each added an external link favicon from that site: exmp : this is a link to https://www.finefoodline.com/ website.
After parsing it should look :This is a link to ttp://www.finefoodline.com/favicon.ico https://www.finefoodline.com/ website.
If anyone knows how i can do this plzz tell me!
