Parse error when trying to interact with WP Admin

I get a error message that says:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘}’ in […] wp-content\plugins\wp-multi-network\wpmn-admin.php on line 787
I have no other plugins installed and a fresh WP version 3.4.2 installed on my local windows7 computer.
