Parse Error When Activating

I get this message when trying to activate:
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘, expecting ‘)’ in …/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-to-wp-posts/includes/class-cf7_to_wp-listtable.php on line 11
