• Hello,

I updated some add ons today and then got this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING or ‘(‘ in /clientdata/zeus-dynamic-1/s/y/sydneyosteopathy.com.au/www/wp-content/plugins/gravityforms/gravityforms.php on line 32

I can no longer log in via wp-admin

the page is gone and I only get the above error when going to the page.

When attempting to log in via wordpress I am told that the password is incorrect for the username so I requested a new pw and I’ve not yet received a link after several attempts.

I run a health care business and patients book via that page. I’ve had to shift the domain to an older wix page I used to use. This is still going to take 48 hours to go live.

I really need some direction here please. Thanks in advance.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hey there. It appears something has gone wrong with your Gravity Forms plugin. To resolve this, you will need to do one of a couple of things:

    – If you have FTP access to the site files, log in and navigate to /wp-content/plugins. Look for the folder /gravityforms. Drag and drop it up and out of the plugins directory to remove it

    – Contact your current hosting company and ask them if they have a way to deactivate the plugin for you from their end.

Alternatively, via FTP try reinstalling the Gravit Forms plugin from a fresh copy.

    Good luck!
