    Hi,
I have a site for our volunteer organization running on twentythirteen. It’s been going find and I haven’t made any updates in months, but all of a sudden I get that error when I try to access the login. I need to update the food bank hours as soon as possible and am pretty stuck.
    Does anyone have any suggestions?
    Thanks!

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

Thank you for the quick response!

From what I know, I *do* need to log in to reset the plugins. Can you point me to the process you’re referring to?

    Thanks again!

No, you don’t need to log in to the site to reset the plugins. As stated, “no Dashboard access required.” Please follow the guide linked to for instructions.
