Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING

    How To Fix this issue?

    When i upload the fresh default-filters.php file from wordpress download. Site is working.

    After some hours the same error coming up. Some time parse error on Index.php [Home Page], wp-includes/default-filters.php, and sometime wp-admin/login.php

    How To This Issue Permanently. Please Help.
